We are well stocked in Rounds, Tube or Flat Stock. We stock all available mill sizes in C93200, C86300, C95400, C95500, C90300, C90500, C90700, C36000, C63000, and C46400, along with many non-stock sizes and large diameter sizes (many up to 20 inches) in these alloys.
We also supply Custom Shaped Bar Stock for various industries. Especially for the Gear Blank Industry.
Our machine shop also specializes in creating finished or semi-finished products for your business, with quality being top priority. We will create to your specifications thrust washers, bushings: including sleeve, split bushings, perfect split bushings, pump bushings, wear plates, and gear blanks. We also offer specialized drill and plugged graphite (IN HOUSE), cut loops, double loops, figure 8's, double figure 8's and Multiple loop grooving to your specifications.
We have the ability to supply rough bronze castings, and semi-finished castings.
Our facility, equipment, and staff have also been expanded. A new 16,000 foot bar stock, sawing, and shipping facility has been added. Two new CNC Mills, one new 4-Axis CNC Lathe along with other additions to our short order shop, all to provide our customers with better lead times, and superior quality of your machined parts.
